Savory cake with rillettes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 13cl of milk
  • 100g of grated cheese (gruyère, parmesan, etc.)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 jar of approximately 200g of rillettes
  • parsley

Preparation

Preheat the oven.

Mix eggs, flour and milk. Add salt, pepper and grated cheese.

Melt the rillettes with the fat, then drain.

Mix the rillettes with the rest of the ingredients. Add the parsley.

Put in the oven
