Preparation
In a pie dish, roll out your shortcrust pastry. (To avoid the risk of breaking it, remember to take it out of the fridge a little in advance).
Preparing the filling
Start by putting the surimi in a container while crumbling it. Then chop the garlic in the same container. Add the 3 eggs, fresh cream, milk, nutmeg and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
With a fork, prick the bottom of the pie. Then pour in the filling before putting in the oven for 30 minutes at thermostat 6, 140°C.
