Preparation
Melt the butter in a deep frying pan and pour the pasta into it. Stir regularly until your vermicelli is golden brown.
Then add a large bowl of water, as well as the chicken broth while continuing to mix. Gradually pour in a second bowl of water.
Stir and cook for about ten minutes.
When ready to serve, reduce the cream a little in the pan, and serve it warm with your soup.
