Ratatouille

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 eggplants
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 courgettes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Herbs (basil, thyme, etc.)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel and cut the vegetables.

Heat the oil and add the onions first, then the rest of the filling.
