Preparation
Wash and cut the leek whites. Boil the leek pieces in salted water for a few minutes. Drain.
Cook the leeks for about 10 minutes in butter. Salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix the eggs and fresh cream. Salt and pepper.
Add the leeks to the mixture.
In a mold, spread the dough and pour the preparation.
Bake for 30 minutes.
