Recipe:4x winter smoothies

It's getting colder so it's time to bring out the winter recipes again. These smoothies are perfect for the winter. These smoothies are not only tasty, but also give your resistance a boost.

The recipes are for 4 people

Pomegranate-fig smoothie

Preparation time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 4 fresh figs
  • Seeds of ½ pomegranate
  • 400 ml whole milk
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 250 ml pomegranate juice
  • 150 g vanilla yogurt
  • 250 g crushed ice

Preparation:peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the figs, pat them dry and cut them in half. Place all ingredients except the ice in the blender or food processor. Then add the ice. Mix and pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.

Seabuckthorn root ginger smoothie

Preparation time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 small bananas
  • 2 tsp candied ginger
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 ml sea buckthorn juice
  • 250 ml carrot juice
  • 500 g crushed ice.

Preparation:cut off the peel of the oranges so thick that all the white has disappeared. Then cut the oranges into slices. Peel the carrots thinly and grate them. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Roughly chop the ginger. Put all the chopped ingredients with the honey and the sea buckthorn and carrot juice in the blender or food processor. Mix everything smooth. Add the ice cream and mix well again. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.

Warm chocolate oat milk smoothie

Preparation time 15 minutes + waiting time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 600 ml whole milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 cardamom pods
  • ¼ tsp ground chili pepper
  • 175 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    60 g oat flakes.

Preparation:In a saucepan bring the milk with the cinnamon, cardamom and chili pepper to the boil. Then immediately turn the heat to low and let the milk steep for another 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon and cardamom. Roughly chop the chocolate and stir into the warm milk until completely melted and incorporated. Place the sugar and oats in a blender or food processor. Pour in the hot chocolate and mix with the blender. Pour into 4 tea glasses and serve immediately.

Orange coconut smoothie

Preparation time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges
  • 3 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric, freshly grated
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 400 g crushed ice.

Preparation:Cut off the peel of the oranges so thickly that all the white has disappeared. Slice the oranges. Place all ingredients except the ice in a blender or food processor and blend. Then add the ice cream and mix again. Pour into 4 glasses. Sprinkle some extra cinnamon or turmeric powder on top and serve immediately.
