Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6)
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
Melt the dark chocolate and the milk (bain-marie or microwave) then add the fromage blanc, and mix to obtain a creamy result.
Then mix the two preparations. Pour into a mold and bake for 25 minutes.
Observations
A light chocolate cake! Very easy and quick to do. A treat!
