Hot chocolates from our grandmothers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 15 cl of UHT fresh cream
  • 100 g chocolate rich in calcium
  • 40 cl of milk
  • 30g sugar cubes (white or brown)
  • 3 pinches of bitter cocoa

Preparation

Start by scraping your half vanilla pod, then cut it in half lengthwise. Place it in a large saucepan with your sour cream and milk.

Once boiling, simmer for about 5 minutes and remove from heat. Remove the vanilla pod from the preparation and add the chocolate broken into pieces and the sugar. Stir from time to time and let everything melt.

Put your pan on low heat and continue to stir so that the mixture is smooth.

Pour into your cups and sprinkle with a bit of bitter chocolate. Remember to serve hot
