Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
Butter a porcelain tart pan over the heat and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Peel the kiwis, cut them into quarters. Whisk the whole eggs with 100 g of sugar then add the cream and the seeds scraped from the vanilla pod, and the flour.
Spread a layer of kiwis in the mold, pour the preparation on top, finish with the remaining kiwis.
Put the clafoutis in the oven for about 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking, lower the tea. at 5 (150°C), and cover the mold with aluminum foil to prevent coloring too quickly.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Serve warm or cold.
