These refreshing Sungold kiwifruit ice creams are full of vitamin C.
Ingredients for 6 ice creams
- 4 ripe Zespri Sungold kiwis
- 100 milliliters of water
- 6 ice cream molds
- 6 dc
Get started
- Peel the kiwis.
- Mix three of the kiwis with the water until the juice is smooth.
- Cut the fourth kiwi into six slices.
- Place a slice of kiwi in each ice cream mold against the edge and fill the rest of the mold with the kiwi juice.
- Leave the ice creams in the freezer for at least four hours.
