Ingredients (for 8 servings)

2 Green Kiwis

200 g Strawberries

120 g Greek yogurt

120 g icing sugar

1 bag of elderflower tea

50ml Water

Preparation

Boil the water and let the tea bag steep in the water for 7 minutes, then let the tea cool slightly. In the meantime, separate the flesh of the kiwis and mash it together with 40 g icing sugar. Stir in the chilled tea. Puree the strawberries together with 40 g icing sugar and stir 40 g icing sugar into the yoghurt.
