Recipe for a smoothie with grapefruit

Grapefruit tastes slightly bitter and that gives your sweet smoothie that little bit extra. We have a recipe so you can try it yourself.

Ingredients for 2 persons
2 Florida grapefruits
1 frozen banana
1 dl orange juice
1.5 dl low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons oatmeal

How to make it
Cut the Florida grapefruits in half horizontally and with a grapefruit knife cut the flesh from the skin and put it in the blender. Remove the peel from the frozen banana, cut the banana into pieces and put this together with the yogurt in the blender.

Switch on the blender and let it puree, if your blender is suitable for this add 4 ice cubes and the oatmeal and mix again until the ice is crushed.
