At work:flavored water
Put water in a pitcher and toss in some fruit or herbs for an extra refreshing taste. Don't just think water with lemon or dill, slices of orange, strawberries, ginger or cucumber also work well.

Before bedtime:ginger tea
It is also tea, but different from tea that you make with a tea bag. Cut off a piece of fresh ginger and place it in a cup or pot of boiling water. Optionally, you can add some herbs or lemon juice.
