How to make the ice tea
Peel the ginger piece and slice it with a vegetable peeler. Cut the orange into thick slices. Boil the water and add the ginger, orange and mint. Let everything infuse until the water has cooled completely. Pour the water through a sieve into a pitcher and refrigerate. Serve with ice cubes.
