Little or no alcohol
Drinks with a reduced alcohol content or even without alcohol will become even more popular this summer. The trend of eating and drinking more consciously is therefore also continuing on the terrace.
Herbs and flowers
We have known herbs for some time in tea, but we will also see more and more spicy ingredients in soft drinks and spirits.
Radler
Beer mixed with fruit juice or lemonade is already doing well in Germany. This fresh discovery fits well with the summer.
Sekt
Sekt is the successor to Prosecco.
Bionade
Bionade originates from Germany, just like Radler and Sekt. It is an artisanal lemonade with organic ingredients.
Negroni
A bitter and sweet summer apperitive:Negroni is a cocktail with gin, Campari, red vermouth and a slice of orange.
Bitter soda
A good alternative to alcohol. The red color is striking and the taste is pleasantly bitter.
Gin &Tonic
This year we drink our gin and tonic with a natural twist, for example with a sprig of thyme or a stick of liquorice.
Chianti
Regional wines are all the rage, such as Italian Chianti. Red wines will also be drunk chilled this summer.
