The drink you can be seen with this summer is frosé, a slushie of rosé.
The drink was invented by Bar Primi in New York. They were wondering if you can make a slushie out of rosé. The answer to the question was yes, and after some testing, they had a perfect recipe for frosé:rosé, vermouth, and mashed strawberries. Watch the video below.
You can make rosé yourself by freezing rosé (and possibly vermouth). Because of the alcohol it will not harden completely and you can then blend it until the ice has the right structure.
