1. Herbs
There are herb scissors for a reason. Don't have it in the kitchen drawer? It is also much easier with regular scissors than with a knife. Place a few leaves or sprigs of herbs on top of each other and cut them into pieces in one go.
2. Meat
Your knife does not slide very easily through a piece of raw meat. With the scissors you have cleaned it in no time and cut it into pieces. Special meat shears are for sale.
3. Pizza
It is faster than with the pizza cutter.
4. Dried fruit
Dried fruits and dates stick to your knife. It's easier to cut it into pieces with scissors. Grease the scissors a little if necessary.
5. Beans
With the scissors you cut the string beans even faster.
