How to poach an egg
Never say you can't poach again. Poaching an egg perfectly is all about turning. Put a pan of water on the stove until it boils and pour in a good splash of vinegar. This ensures that your protein clots faster. Then stir the water with a spoon at one pace, creating a mini vortex in the middle. Then take an egg, break it and lower it gently into the whirlpool. The egg starts to turn and the white around the yolk solidifies. This creates a nice bubble. Let it boil for three minutes and you're done.
