Summer beets

Winter beets
The winter beets are for sale from October to April. These beets are slightly larger and have no foliage. You can keep raw winter beets in a cool place for a long time.
Cooked beets
You can store cooked beets in the fridge for two days or in the freezer for up to twelve months.
Blanked beets
You can keep blanched beets in the freezer for up to 12 months.
