This smoothie is a holiday feeling in a glass.
Ingredients for 2 persons
3 Florida grapefruits
1 banana
150 grams fresh pineapple
150 grams frozen raspberries
150 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp. hemp seed or sunflower seeds
How to make it
Cut the grapefruits into 8 wedges and cut out the flesh. Remove any pips. Cut the banana and pineapple into pieces.
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend the smoothie on the highest setting until you have a smooth smoothie.
