For 4 people, preparation time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 400 g pineapple flesh
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 75 g lamb's lettuce
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garden herbs
- lemon juice to taste.
Extra needed:blender or food processor / stick blender with high mixing cup

Preparation
- Cut the pineapple and celery into pieces.
- Ris the needles from the rosemary and chop finely.
- Put all ingredients except the lemon juice in the blender or mixing bowl.
- Pure until smooth and add about 250 ml of ice-cold water until the smoothie has the desired thickness.
- Season with lemon juice.
- Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
