Recipe:lamb s lettuce herb smoothie

A smoothie with vegetables and herbs for breakfast? After the first sip, you're done. Start your day with a healthy boost that will last you for the rest of the day. Good idea to start the day with tomorrow!

For 4 people, preparation time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 400 g pineapple flesh
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 75 g lamb's lettuce
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garden herbs
  • lemon juice to taste.

Extra needed:blender or food processor / stick blender with high mixing cup

Preparation

  • Cut the pineapple and celery into pieces.
  • Ris the needles from the rosemary and chop finely.
  • Put all ingredients except the lemon juice in the blender or mixing bowl.
  • Pure until smooth and add about 250 ml of ice-cold water until the smoothie has the desired thickness.
  • Season with lemon juice.
  • Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses and serve immediately.
