Recipe from Jet:Nutty buddy smoothie

After a workout, it is good to eat a protein-rich diet to repair your muscles and replenish your energy stores. After a heavy workout, I sometimes don't like a lot of chewing and then this smoothie is ideal. Prepare it before you exercise so that you can open the fridge immediately after you get home.

You need this:

  • 2 apples (if you don't have a juicer you can also use organic apple juice)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1 fresh (medjool) date, pitted
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)

How to make the smoothie
Push the apples through the juicer and pour the juice into a blender. Peel the banana and add. Also add the cottage cheese, walnuts, date, cinnamon powder and agave syrup. Mix until it is a smooth whole. Trial. Could it be a little sweeter? Then add 1 tbsp agave syrup and mix briefly. This smoothie tastes best served cold.
