Recipe for a power smoothie

With a weekend just around the corner, nothing stands in the way of a complete reset. Healthy food, exercise and sufficient rest ensure that you can take it again on Monday.

In the July issue of Santé (in stores from 20 June) you will find tips to make your weekend a healthy weekend. You can use power smoothie for that.

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 glass of water

Put everything in a blender and blend it into a smoothie.
