Ingredients for 2 pancakes
– 2 egg whites
– 1 mashed banana
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– Coconut oil for frying
Preparation
Put the banana in the blender and blend until puree. Mix the banana puree with the two egg whites and the cinnamon. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on medium heat.
