With beets you can go in all directions. For example, make a delicious smoothie. Thanks to the beets, your smoothie has a bright color.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 baby pineapples
- 200 g beetroot
- 2-3 cm ginger root
- 1 lime
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 200 ml carrot juice
- 2 tsp rapeseed or olive oil
- Additionally needed:blender or hand blender with high mixing cup
Get started
- Peel the pineapple and remove the crown. Cut the fruit into pieces. Peel the beets thinly and cut them into pieces. Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Squeeze the lime.
- Put all prepared ingredients with the maple syrup in the blender or pitcher.
- Puree everything smooth. Add the carrot juice and ice cold water until the smoothie has the desired consistency. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and drizzle some oil over it.
