A lime is small and it doesn't not much juice.
So if, in addition, it is not cut well, there is not much left.
Fortunately, there is a trick to recover 100% of lime juice.
The trick is to cut it like this:
1. Cut the lime into 3 parts as shown in the illustration above.
2. Then cut the middle part into 3 pieces.
3. Now squeeze each piece of the lime into a container (except for the middle part).
4. To get the most juice out of the middle part, twist it like wringing out a wet garment:
There you go, you have recovered 100% of the lime juice :-)
Not a drop is missing.
Remember that the wrong way is to cut the lemon in half in the middle.
