3. Clean up in between
When you prepare something, there is often a moment of rest. The meat is on the grill, the oven dish is in the oven or the pasta is cooking. In the meantime, tidy up your kitchen worktop a bit and wash off some things that you no longer need.
4. Make time to cook
'I would like to cook more elaborate/healthier/more often, but I really don't have the time.' It's a common excuse, but if we're being honest, we know it's a matter of priority. Do you really want to make time to cook? Schedule the time and go for it.
5. Make sure you can make some top dishes
