How fun it is to cook and prepare delicious meals dishes. Only sometimes, there are a few hiccups... here are the tips and tricks you need to know to make your life easier and be a real little chef.
When you cook, you often have to be in the oven and at the mill. You might as well avoid complicating your life with these 5 smart tips:
1. Put a pinch of salt in the pan before heating your oil or butter to prevent spattering. When I grill my steak, as soon as I put it in the pan or turn it over, I get it everywhere because of oil or butter splashes. If I add a little salt first, it's over. I can cook without staining or burning myself.
2. Put a wooden spoon in your boiling milk. This is Grandma's trick to prevent the milk from boiling over. Indeed, the wood will prevent the milk from rising too much when boiling.
3. A little orange juice house ? To get the most juice, just roll your orange on a table, crushing it a bit. You can then squeeze it and drink a large glass of juice. Know that this trick is valid for all citrus fruits.
4. Having trouble peeling your orange? I soak it for just a few seconds in boiling water that I have taken away from the heat. Water helps loosen the skin. Try it, you'll see it's child's play.
5. You have some left eggs , but how do you know if they are still fresh ? Easy, just immerse them in salt water and if they rise to the surface it means they are not fresh, it's not more complicated than that. Put in the trash directly because not fresh eggs are really bad for your health.
Instead of going to a restaurant to spend a fortune whenever you want to treat yourself, stay home. Cooking good meals at home is much nicer and friendlier. Now with these little tips and tricks, you can dare to get started, and you'll work wonders, that's for sure.
Since I started, I prepare good small homemade dishes not expensive at all, and I save my pocket money. I make pleasure to my loved ones, I keep my pennies and I eat healthily , who says better ?;-)
