This is how you cook with green asparagus.
Drizzle peeled asparagus with olive oil and sea salt. Roast them on a baking tray at 160 degrees for eight to ten minutes until they are soft with a bite. Serve the asparagus with a hard-boiled egg.

Chop peeled asparagus and as many pods into small pieces. Drizzle with sesame oil and fry in a pan for three to five minutes until crisp. Serve them with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Peel the asparagus and slice them into long thin slices. Do the same with carrots and place the strips on a bed of lettuce of your choice. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper. Garnish with toasted almonds.
