Soy, almond, rice:how to find yourself in the different milks?

Ewes, cows, goats, etc. We were already getting lost in all the milks of animal origin, but for the past few years, milks of plant origin have been on the increase on our shelves. To avoid migraines, we take stock.

First, let's be honest:milk of animal origin remains the richest in protein and calcium (especially sheep's milk, with 5.3% protein).

On the other hand, it is quite difficult to digest and many people cannot consume it, being lactose intolerant. The "Sweetness and Calcium" soy drink, the richest in protein (3.8g per 100ml) and minerals, is a good alternative.

As for the other milks, they in no way replace the mineral and protein intake contained in animal milk, and are more recommended for their easy digestion, their freshness, their natural side (better than a Coke at snack time) and sometimes for their great gluttony... And yes:drinking creamy drinks can also be just for fun, right?
