Organized by the Martiniquais Tourism Committee, the 1st edition of Martinique Gourmande is launched. To know everything and above all to enjoy exotic and spicy flavors, go to:

At the Salon de l'Agriculture, from February 21 to March 1, 2015

The Martinique Chamber of Agriculture will be present in Hall 3 (alley C and D) of the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles in Paris. We can take the opportunity to appreciate tropical fruits in all their forms (jams, juices, liqueurs…), but also honey, chocolate, medicinal plants, planter, liqueurs…

In around fifty restaurants in the Ile-de-France region

About thirty restaurants in the Ile-de-France region recommended by Le Petit Futé, all the Chez Clément restaurants in the capital and 5 company restaurants in the Sodexo network will favor Martinican dishes throughout the Martinique Gourmande operation (until March 1).

At the Chefs' Workshop

Until April 17, the Atelier des Chefs offers courses with the flavors of Martinique in its Parisian workshops. During 1h30, in a tropical atmosphere, you learn to cook three colorful specialty recipes. The preparations finished, we gather around the guest table to share them in a friendly moment!
