The Martinique Chamber of Agriculture will be present in Hall 3 (alley C and D) of the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles in Paris. About thirty restaurants in the Ile-de-France region recommended by Le Petit Futé, all the Chez Clément restaurants in the capital and 5 company restaurants in the Sodexo network will favor Martinican dishes throughout the Martinique Gourmande operation (until March 1).
Until April 17, the Atelier des Chefs offers courses with the flavors of Martinique in its Parisian workshops. During 1h30, in a tropical atmosphere, you learn to cook three colorful specialty recipes. The preparations finished, we gather around the guest table to share them in a friendly moment!
