Crisps are the all-purpose food that brings together several advantages:they are practical, economical and delicious (good, and not very good for the line, ok…). They are essential at aperitif time with the family, but we do not really see ourselves serving them as appetizers when we receive guests. Think again ! There are luxury crisps, and they are Swedish! Stockholm-based advertising agency Abby Priest developed the world's most expensive St Eriks Chips to accompany the prestigious Scandinavian beer of the same name.
The food keeps its petal shape (a little more orange than usual), but its composition obviously varies. If we know that the recipe was created by the greatest chefs in the country, it remains secret. The only clue:the ingredients come exclusively from the Nordic countries. The gourmet chips are delivered by 5 in a very chic black box (which looks like a jewelry box… We can imagine the disappointment of our neighbors to the North!) for the modest sum of $56, or €50. It's expensive the piece of potato, but it's for a good cause:the profits from the sales have been donated to charities. And good news, the 100 boxes have already been sold!
Well, in real life we hesitate between saying that it's great nonsense and our curiosity to taste them... Don't you?
