Now that it is slowly becoming clear that the catering industry must also keep its doors closed during the - normally busy - December month, twelve Dutch chefs and catering entrepreneurs are committed to the sector in a very special way. They will undress for the 'Bloot voor Brood' calendar 2021. By selling at least 4000 copies of the edgy calendar, they hope to be able to support the catering industry. Participating chefs include Freek van Noortwijk, of the Amsterdam restaurants BREDA and GUTS and Erik van Loo, star chef of restaurant Parkheuvel in Rotterdam. Foodl, the new online marketplace for catering entrepreneurs, is the initiator of the calendar.

The calendars will go on presale from today (@blotvoorbrood / www.broodvoorblot.nl) and will be delivered from December 14.
