  • brie without the rind

  • raisins marinated in port for 1 hour
    100 g
  • chervil
  • soft butter
    200 g
  • chopped walnut kernels
    100 g
  • wholemeal dark bread
    4 slices
  • mixed salads
    6 servings
  • Roquefort
    200g
  • vinaigrette:sherry vinegar
    1 tablespoon
  • walnut oil
    1 tablespoon
  • peanut oil
    2 tablespoons
  • salt, ground pepper

Arrange a first layer of 2 slices of bread, placed at the bottom of a rectangular terrine 15 to 20 cm long.

Add raisins and Roquefort mixed with 100 g of butter spread on the first layer of bread.

A second layer of 2 slices of bread placed on the Roquefort mixture.

To finish the brie slowly mixed with 100 g of butter and the nuts, spread on the second layer of bread.

In summary bread + cheese +… stack, chill, cut, decorate and arrange on a bed of mixed salads seasoned with the vinaigrette.
