Chocolate Bechamel

  • 100 g baking chocolate
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 30g butter
  • 25g flour


Heat the milk with the sugar and the chocolate so that they melt.

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and mix vigorously, letting it cook for a few minutes.

Add the hot chocolate milk, gradually, while stirring. Leave to cook for ten minutes.

Pour into a pretty bowl or individual ramekins and enjoy cold.
