Practical and tasty

A good Italian pasta dish cannot be imagined without a few leaves of basil which will flavor your plate or, how can you imagine a nice slice of salmon without a few sprigs of dill ...

Having my aromatic herbs close at hand throughout the year, nothing could be more practical!

How to

This culture is simple, because it can be done in small pots or in large containers, as you wish. Even if you don't have a garden , you can find a window sill or balcony corner to install them.

And all you need is some potting soil, some seeds, and water. You plant, you water, making sure the soil is always a little damp, and you wait for it to grow .

I put thyme and basil on the edge of my window and as soon as I make myself a good dish, I can't help but cut myself a few stems. Super practical and delicious!

Savings achieved

On the markets nowadays, we very commonly find bouquets of herbs between 1 € and 2 € ... or sometimes much more in supermarkets. It's way too expensive, as my grandmother says, who is quite right to be a professional steward.

And since she's also a gardener, she saves you a lot of money at the end of the year with her advice on how to grow your own herbs. If, like me, you consume a bouquet a week, it's almost €100 saved per year ! It's good for the taste buds, but also for the wallet.

In addition, with this small culture, you only take the amount you need each time, and no more. Whereas with a bouquet from the market, two or three days later, it is already almost faded and must be thrown away!
