Ingredients for 8 people

For the creamy herb sauce:

- 65 g fresh cream

- 30 g cup of mayonnaise or vinaigrette

- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

- 3 tablespoons chopped chives

- ½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

- ¼ teaspoon of salt

- ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper

- 1 small clove of garlic, finely minced

For the vegetable platter:

- 400g raw broccoli heads

- 14 cherry tomatoes

- ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into strips.

- 200 g of raw cauliflower florets

- Approximately 40 pretzel sticks

How to

Preparation time: 25 mins. Total preparation time: 1:25 a.m.

1. In a small container, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour for the flavors to blend well.

3. Wash and dry the vegetables thoroughly.

4. Cut the stems off the cauliflower and broccoli florets.

5. Arrange the broccoli on a tray in the shape of a fir tree.

6. Arrange the tomatoes to make the garland.

7. Arrange the pepper strips to make a star shape.

8. Place the cauliflower at the bottom to make snow like in the picture.

9. Just before serving, add the pretzel sticks to make the trunk.
