Chicken broth also has anti-inflammatory properties that are very useful for fighting a bad cold or the flu.
This grandmother's recipe is therefore also, in addition to being delicious, a powerful remedy in winter.
And don't worry, this recipe passed down from generation to generation is very simple to make . Watch:
- 375g extra large egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 2.75 liters of chicken broth
- 1.5 tablespoons of salt
- 225 g celeriac, cut into pieces
- 150 g onion, cut into pieces
- 40 g cornstarch (cornflour type)
- 60ml of water
- 375 g cooked chicken meat, cut into pieces
Preparation :20 min. Cooking: 25 mins. Total time: 45 mins. For 4 people.
1. In a saucepan, boil lightly salted water.
2. Add noodles and vegetable oil.
3. Cook for 8 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
4. Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water.
5. Pour the chicken broth into a large saucepan.
6. Add the salt.
7. Bring everything to a boil.
8. Add the celery stalk and the onion.
9. Reduce the heat, put a lid on and simmer for 15 min.
10. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch in 60 ml of water until it is completely diluted.
11. Pour this mixture little by little into the broth, stirring constantly.
12. Add noodles and chicken and serve once hot.
There you go, your tasty chicken soup is already ready :-)

Another bonus is that you can use leftover chicken and vegetables to make this recipe.
