A cold soup does not replace a real meal

Consisting mainly of water, cold soup cannot constitute a complete meal because when you only eat "liquid", you do not respond to satiety. It is therefore necessary to add a food to chew (chewing leads to the process of satiety), such as bread for example. Then, if we like it too much and decide to eat cold soup every day, we take care to balance the meal with proteins and starches, to add either directly to the soup (for example a few chickpeas or red beans), or in addition to the soup… The preparation must also be eaten chilled and never frozen.
