I love pomegranates, a delicious and very fragrant fruit!

1. Hold the pomegranate upright, stem up, in the palm of your hand.
2. Using a knife, gradually cut off the top part of the fruit, as you would for a boiled egg.
3. Once you've cut off the top of the fruit with the knife, remove the "cap" from the pomegranate.
4. Then cut the fruit following the quarters, from top to bottom, as for an orange.
Warning:do not lower the blade of the knife to the bottom so that the quarters remain attached to each other.
5. Open the fruit like a flower by gently detaching — without tearing them — one by one the segments.
6. Remove the white part located in the heart of the fruit.
7. Take the red flesh of the fruit directly with your fingers... and enjoy!
