An inexpensive Christmas starter to enjoy with the family.

Are you looking for an inexpensive recipe idea to prepare your Christmas entree? I invite you to discover the potato toasts with asparagus and salmon, a starter to enjoy with the family!

You only have 9 days left to finalize all the preparations related to the Christmas meal. But, are you out of ideas about your dinner starter?

Why not try the potato toast with asparagus and salmon?

Ingredients:

For 24 pieces

- 6 large potatoes

- 4 slices of hamburger cheese

- 4 slices of smoked salmon

- 24 thin green asparagus

- A few lettuce leaves

- 1 lemon juice

- Coarse salt

- A few sprigs of dill

Preparation:

1. Prepare the potatoes and asparagus

Start by washing the potatoes and then drying them. Cut each potato into 4 slices 3 cm thick then put them in a dish that can be put in the oven.

Pour coarse salt into your preparation and bake your dish for 15 min . Meanwhile, wash and chop the dill.

Next, clean the asparagus and cook them in boiling salted water for 2 mins. Then plunge them into ice water to stop the cooking. Now all you have to do is drain them.

2. Make the toast

Now let's move on to the rest of the preparation. Cut each slice of smoked salmon in four equal parts then lemon them.

For the cheese , cut six rectangles out of each slice of cheese. Quick, the potatoes are done!

Take them out of the oven and quickly place a rectangle of cheese on half of the potato rings so that it begins to melt gently.

To enhance your starter, decorate the set with salad leaves and 4 green asparagus per toast as well as a new slice of potato topped with a slice of salmon.

Add the final touch:a sprig of dill then serve to your guests!
