There is a little trick to remove the core of an avocado easily.
You don't even need to touch the core.
No more rolling it around the kitchen...and getting it all over your hands.
To remove the core, all you need is a knife.
Here's how to do it in pictures:
1. Cut the avocado in half.
2. Put the knife in the core
3. Turn the knife slightly to the right or left to unhook the pit from the avocado.
4. Lift the knife to unhook the core. Easy, right?
Tap the knife with the attached core on the edge of the trash can to throw it away easily :-).
