Strawberries, enjoy them while you can still find some -unes on our markets... You don't agree?
And that's good:it's the right season. Plain, with sugar, with mint or whipped cream... Which do you prefer?
For my part, I saw a trick too cool to eat them iced and chocolate. I show you ? Watch:

- a punnet of strawberries.
- a pastry chocolate bar.
- a large ice cube tray.
1. Clean the strawberries carefully.

2. Carefully remove the stem from the strawberries.

3. Cut the strawberries in half.
4. Place each half in a compartment of the ice cube tray.
5. Melt pastry chocolate in the microwave, in a bain-marie, or in a saucepan with a little water.
6. Generously cover the strawberries with chocolate.
7. Place the ice cube tray in the freezer for 1 hour.
8. Take it out and unmold your strawberries.
And there you have it, you have made delicious chocolate strawberries :-)
To be enjoyed at 4 p.m. or in the evening in front of the TV... A delight! Me, I love it.
My little extra thing? They can also be served for a chic aperitif, accompanied by a glass of champagne. To be consumed in moderation, of course!
