The warm goat cheese salad, we obviously love it!
Super easy to make and tasty... It has it all!
With spring, I even revisit this great classic. I take the opportunity to cook seasonal products.
I swap the classic salad for… asparagus and green beans.
A pure delight with finesse and simplicity. Watch:
Preparation :15mins . Cooking :20mins .
Green asparagus x20
Green beans 400g
Crottin de Chavignol x 4
Baguette bread 8 slices
Liquid honey 2 tablespoons
Cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
1. Peel and cook the asparagus and green beans in salted boiling water.
2. Cut the dung in half and place them in a dish on the slices of bread , sprinkle with honey and bake for 10 min at 180°C.
3. Place the asparagus and green beans in a dish, add the hot toast, season with the vinegar and enjoy.
There you go, you have prepared a delicious warm goat cheese salad :-)
All you have to do is salt and pepper the salad to your liking.
It couldn't be easier to delight your friends! And if you're in a hurry or don't like green beans, substitute them with arugula .
The bitterness of this salad goes very well with cheese and honey.
