Cut your spring onions about 5 centimeters from the bottom and place them in a glass with a layer of water. Change the water every other day and after two weeks you will have new spring onions. Easy is not it? Growing your own vegetables.
You can regrow a leek in the same way as your spring onions. Cut off the bottom generously and put it in a layer of water. Change the water every other day. Once the roots have grown strong, you can plant the leek in the ground to continue growing.
