This is how your body feels that you are satisfied

There was a good portion of food on your first plate. But even if you're not really hungry anymore, it's attractive to brag a second time. This way you ensure that your body receives the signal that you are satisfied.

No more hunger
The second time we brag, it's often not because we're hungry. We simply crave more, or think it's a shame to throw away the leftovers.

1. Make sure you can use the leftovers later
Freeze the leftovers if you can, or make a tasty lunch for tomorrow.

2. Don't stay at the table
Clear the table and get moving as soon as you've had enough.

3. Have something sweet after
A dessert, sweet tea or a piece of fruit are a good way to end your meal.

4. Have a mint Mint helps you control your urge to eat. With the taste of peppermint in your mouth, it is suddenly a lot less attractive to eat other things.
