Do you make your own lunch to take away? With these tips you can keep your lunch as tasty as possible.
Keep wet and dry ingredients separate
If your muesli has been in your yogurt for an hour before you eat it, the muesli is no longer as crispy. The same goes for a salad. There are more and more take-away containers with different compartments. Combine different ingredients before eating to make your lunch taste as good as possible.
Hint: Take dressing separately in a small jam jar.
Put your lunch in the fridge as soon as possible
Put your lunch in the fridge immediately when you arrive at work. This way bacteria don't stand a chance. Don't have a fridge available? Then use a cooling bag with a cooling element.
Clean your trays well
Make sure you clean your containers well before using them again. Many containers and reusable bags can be put in the dishwasher.
