The children do not notice that this brownie mainly consists of healthy ingredients.
Ingredients for a brownie in a small baking dish
2 sweet potatoes
100 grams of dates, pitted
75 grams of almond flour
4 tablespoons raw cocoa
2 tablespoons agave syrup
Vanilla extract
A little grated coconut
A sachet of baking powder
A little pinch of salt
You can add nuts if you want
How to make the brownie
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the sweet potatoes and boil them for about 25 minutes until soft. Then put the sweet potatoes in cold water to let them cool.
2. Puree the dates until it becomes a paste.
3. Mash the sweet potatoes. Add the dates, 2 tablespoons agave syrup and 4 tablespoons raw cocoa and mix everything well.
4. In another bowl, mix 75 grams of almond flour with a sachet of baking powder, vanilla sugar, grated coconut to taste and a pinch of salt.
5. Add a little of your almond flour to the sweet potato mixture at a time. Keep mixing until the mixture is even.
6. Place baking paper in the baking dish and divide the chocolate mixture in it. Iron the sheet and bake the brownie at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
