Magnesium keeps your bones strong, regulates your blood sugar and has a relaxing effect on your body. Good if you often suffer from cramps! Dates, banana, nuts and seeds are full of magnesium and are ideal for baking bread.

Ingredients for the bread
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 6 dates without seeds
• 2 bananas
• 3 eggs
• 50 g oatmeal
• 150 g spelled flour
• handful of raisins or cranberries
• handful of pumpkin seeds
• handful of hazelnuts
• handful of walnuts
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp baking powder.
Extra needed:baking pan
Getting started
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the baking tray with coconut oil. Mix the dates and 1 banana with the eggs, oatmeal and spelled flour. Put the dough in a bowl and add the raisins or cranberries, seeds, nuts, the second banana (in pieces) and the salt and baking powder. Stir everything into a batter and pour it into the baking pan. Bake the bread for about 50 minutes.
