Crazy about hazelnuts? Did you know that you can use these nuts in different types of recipes? And nice that it is! How about these gluten-free hazelnut brownies.
For 20 cubes, preparation time 30 minutes, oven time 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 200 g hazelnuts
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 300 g gluten-free flour
- 100 g corn flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 splash of milk.
Additionally needed:
- baking tin of 30×40 cm
- baking paper

Preparation
- Toast the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan and let them cool on a plate. Roughly chop half of the hazelnuts. Also coarsely chop the chocolate.
- In a bowl, mix the flours with the baking powder and cocoa.
- Put the chocolate in a bowl, place on a pan with a layer of boiling water and let it melt in a bain-marie. Stir until smooth and allow to cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until foamy. Beat in the eggs until a creamy mass is formed. Beat in the melted chocolate, almond flour and flour-cocoa mix. Mix in the hazelnuts. Add some milk if necessary.
- Line the baking tin with baking paper and spread the batter in it. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut into cubes just before serving.
